Our prices are based upon a standard method and not on a guess based upon the impression we get from our customer. Rather our prices are standard are across the board.

Commercial Pricing
Though our residential pricing table is the basis for all of our accounts, due to the diversity of commercial account types and sizes, there exists no standard rate. We do assure you, though, that our prices are always fair and quite competitive.

*Also note that we do add a gas charge to all service calls.
* We define basic window cleaning as a general cleaning of the glass. Extensive paint removal, sticker removal, or any other extensive removal is considered additional and will be priced as such. These additional services are not included in our basic services due to the significant lengthening of the workload. Use of additional chemicals and tools for extensive cleaning and removal purposes are factors. The accompanying charges for these additional services are applied only if you desire these additional services. The amount of these charges vary with each situation. Initial price quotes are for work with stated. We reserve the right to give supplemental quote if additional factor were not previously brought to our attention. Prior to completing service we will inform you of any price changes. We will not charge you more than the basic services quote without your permission. While other companies like to tack on charges as they go along, are you not glad that we give you a breakdown of our services and charges beforehand!
